About Us
When we decided to invest in beach properties, we searched in areas we knew we personally would enjoy. Because I grew up visiting Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina it was the first place I wanted to look. It isn’t just nostalgia that brought me back, but the ideal location. This pristine stretch of barrier island is less populated than its neighbors Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. However, being sandwiched between the two means easy access to all the activities, shopping and dining options these popular beach towns have to offer.
We also decided to only invest in oceanfront properties, otherwise what’s the point, right? Access to an elevator was also crucial to accommodate family members with limited mobility. In 2024, following a complete year-long renovation, we have added a second vacation rental in the same building. This will offer the option to rent both units to accommodate larger groups.
